Pre-ride beverage Black homebrew coffee in the morning
Pre/post-ride hangout I usually ride with a group that has an odd habit of stopping at a different coffee shop in Orange County every ride, but in the middle of the ride. At least the longer, harder routes put all the climbing and most of the miles before the stop, so after is just an easy ride back to the park where we meet.
